  1. Ext. Rotation Recurvatum Test
  2. Varus Stress Test
  3. Posterolateral Drawer Test
  4. Reverse Pivot Shift Test
  5. Dial Test at 30°
  6. Dial Test at 90°
  7. Varus Thrust Gait
  8. KNEE HOME
The starting position for this test is similar to the posterior drawer, except that the foot is externally rotated 15°.
A gentle combined posterior drawer and external rotation force (moment) is then applied to the knee to assess for an increase in posterolateral translation.
Application of a posterolateral force to the knee.
Initial starting point for the posterolateral drawer test. Knee flexed to 80°, foot externally rotated 15°.

Application of a posterolateral rotational force with a significant increase in posterolateral translation in a patient with a severe PLC injury.
